Our Little Seeds

Our “Little Seeds” nursery is available during Sunday School and worship service for children up to 3 years of age.  Our teacher, Aryn Gosnell, is licensed in CPR and Children’s First Aid.

Noah’s Ark Class

In the Noah’s Ark classroom, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten children enjoy learning from the “Hands on Bible.”  The lesson each week features a Bible Lesson and Bible Verse.  Last year the children collected their spare change to donate to the coal fund.  This year they chose the local Food Bank for their project.

Dynamite Disciples Class

“Dynamite Disciples” is the class for children in grades 1st through 5th.  This class also uses the “Hands on Bible’ curriculum to learn how to have a growing, loving, relationship with Jesus.

Followers of Christ

“Followers of Christ” is for older teens studying the Encounter Quarterly to learn about the Bible and living their life for God.

Lighthouse Chat Room Class

The class for adults who keep an eye on the new and current events.  Each week is a “spirited’ discussion relating to the challenges we face each day in modern life as we are taught to live according to the Scriptures.

Mamie McGuire Class

This class, formed in the 1960’s, consist of adults and occasional college students.  Current class sessions study the Encounter Quarterly.  In addition to the Literature, the class enjoys open discussions on a variety of topics.  This service oriented class has helped remodel the Opportunity House, assists needy children at the start of school and at Christmas, and supports missionaries in Myanmar.

This traditional adult class offers well planned lessons and open discussions of the Bible Scripture.

Fedelis Ladies Class

This class is for women who are retired and enjoy a very traditional class.  Each lesson come from the Encounter Quarterly along with Bible Scripture.

Bill Alexander Men’s Class

This class studies the Encounter Quarterly lesson each week and discusses how these lessons pertain to our country today.

Sunday, Sept. 7,  we will have our "Sunday School Rally Day", which will begin at 9:15 that morning.  A brunch will be furnished, teacher introduction, and a guest speaker.  A great time of fellowship!
